NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and in line with the implementation of applicable legal standards in the field of personal data protection, Zlatara Gold (hereinafter referred to as the Controller) processes personal data necessary for establishing a business relationship with the client.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
The Controller processes data based on the Law and the consent of the person to whom the data relates.
The Controller processes data for the purpose of:
Exercising the rights and obligations arising from the business relationship between the Controller and the person to whom the data relates.
Fulfilling the legal obligations of the Controller in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and other laws regulating the trade of investment gold.
Considering the above, the submission of personal data by the person is necessary for entering into a business relationship or for exercising the rights and obligations arising from the business relationship between the Controller and the person to whom the data relates, as well as for fulfilling the legal obligations of the Controller.
In the event that the necessary data is not provided, the Controller is not able to enter into a business relationship with the client.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The Controller has the right to provide personal data relating to an individual, as well as data regarding business transactions with that individual, to competent state authorities upon their request.
All collected data regarding the person with whom a business relationship is established represents a Business Secret for the Controller and as such may not be made available to third parties.
The obligation of maintaining business secrecy by the Controller is PERMANENT.
RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
The Controller shall process personal data collected for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations arising from the business relationship for as long as the business relationship between the Controller and the person to whom the data relates exists.
The collected data shall be retained for the period prescribed by the legal framework (Law on VAT and the Accounting Law).
APPOINTED PERSON FOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
For the purpose of implementing personal data protection standards prescribed by the Law on Personal Data Protection, the Controller has appointed a Person for Personal Data Protection whom you may contact with all questions and requests regarding the processing of your personal data at the following addresses:
