IN-STOCK PURCHASE
Products that are currently in stock can be purchased immediately. Under this purchase model, payment and collection are carried out simultaneously.
For in-stock purchases, it is also possible to reserve the price by making a payment to our dinar bank account.
At the moment the payment is received, the product is automatically reserved for you. You may collect the paid product at the branch office most convenient for you, with prior notice required.
In the event that you have not reserved the price, the price displayed on our digital platform at the time of your arrival will apply.
PAYMENT METHODS
All significant financial transactions are carried out through cashless bank transfers from your dinar current account to our dinar current account.
Accordingly, it is advisable that the funds are available in your bank account. If you have a transaction limit on your account, it is necessary to remove it so that you can complete the payment on-site via e-banking.
The limit can be removed by contacting the customer support center of the bank where your current account is opened.
You may also make the payment directly to our dinar current account at any bank or payment institution authorized by the National Bank of Serbia to perform payment transactions.
ADVANCE PURCHASE
This purchase model is applied when the products are not available in our stock, but are available in the manufacturer’s inventory.
In such cases, price reservation is required. Reserving the price and the product means that we issue a Proforma Invoice Instruction (OFFER), containing the quantity and price of the product(s).
For the Offer to become valid, it is necessary to confirm the purchase within a few minutes from the moment the Offer is issued. After that, you are required to make a payment to our dinar current account as soon as possible in the amount of 10% of the proforma invoice value, as a DEPOSIT FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE AGREED TRANSACTION.
Based on any later change in the price(s) of the agreed product(s), it is not possible to request a refund of the Advance Payment (deposit).
Once the funds are received in our dinar current account, we will issue and send you a Confirmation of Received Advance Payment.
When the products arrive at our warehouse, we will notify you, after which you will pay the remaining 90% to our dinar current account and collect the paid products.
In the event that the agreed transaction cannot be completed for any reason, the received Advance Payment will be refunded in full to your dinar current account.
